  I bought 2 cars(still waiting for one) from Melville. He is really easy to deal with and very kind like real friend.
  
  Also after sales is awesome. They keep checking how I go with new car also keep updating about my order. Other dealerships that I have dealt with don't.
  
  Now I have found A DECENT DEALERSHIP. I will return to them. Highly recommeded.

  Such a pleasure to deal with all the staff at city Toyota. They go above and beyond to make the journey from purchase to delivery superb.
  
  I had shopped around a little before city Toyota and I can say without a doubt you will not experience such fantastic service elsewhere. Other dealers were so quick to kick you out of a car when on a test drive. Not city Toyota! I was able to borrow a car to test for a full weekend. That’s crazy good. Buying a car is no easy decision and that was above and beyond.
  
  Robert, you were amazing mate. You kept me frequently updated, you applied no pressure to buy and you were so friendly and welcoming to me.
  
  Julian, thank you for running such an amazing business, it really is top notch. It was a pleasure to come in every time and to deal with yourself and all your staff. We didn’t just talk business, I was always asked how my weekend was and how I have been and that makes a massive difference to me.

  Just wanted to say Thank you to Ken. It has been close to 4 years that I am looking for my next car, walked into the dealership, Ken approached me in a nice and calm manner, not rushing me nor pushing me. Giving me amble of time to look and test drive.
  
  I have been to so many car dealership, they are either too busy to greet you or very impatient.
  
  There we go, I found my car within the first car I test.
  
  Thank you Ken for your help and I will definitely refer my friends and family to visit you should they consider buying a car in the future.

  Picked up the new car today and Dan was very professional and thorough, answering any and all questions. It’s not easy getting hold of a new car these days, especially a Toyota but these guys came through with the goods.
